Understand how ALEFBA holds and releases marketplace payments.
ALEFBA uses secure payment processing and marketplace safeguards. Eligible order funds may be held until delivery is confirmed or the defined release period ends.
Release schedule
When the buyer confirms receipt, eligible funds are released according to the marketplace policy. If no confirmation is provided, an automatic release may apply after the stated period.
Disputes
When a dispute is opened, eligible funds remain held while ALEFBA reviews the available evidence.
