How to track an ALEFBA order
Find your order status, delivery updates and available next steps.
Sign in to your ALEFBA account and open My Orders. Select the relevant order to view its current status, seller updates and delivery details.
When tracking is available
A tracking link appears after the seller or delivery partner provides shipment information. Some local or seller-managed deliveries may show status updates without an external tracking number.
When an order is delayed
Check the estimated delivery window first. If that window has passed, contact the seller through the order page or open a Support ticket.
